INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Therapy is an investment in yourself—like planting seeds and tending your own thriving garden, growth takes care, patience, and support from the right environment. We genuinely believe your well-being is worth nurturing, and yes, you’re absolutely worth the effort. We’ve worked to make therapy as accessible as possible, offering a variety of payment and insurance options to fit different needs, while still keeping things sustainable for our small ecosystem. However you choose to pay, know that you’re not just booking an appointment—you’re tending to yourself, creating space for renewal and growth.

Insurance Plans Accepted
__________
We are in network with the carriers below across Oregon and Washington. Insurance is a maze of networks within networks, though — a specific plan under one of these carriers can still fall outside ours. We’re glad to help you figure out where your plan lands.

If you'd like, we'll check your benefits and go over what we find together — no jargon, just a clear picture. Insurance is built to confuse; you deserve to see it plainly. Have OHP or Medicaid, now or in the past? See the next section, and mention it in your free consult. We are not currently pursuing additional plans.02

__________
OREGON HEALTH PLAN / MEDICAID - COMMON QUESTIONS
“I have OHP. Can I still see you?”
We are not enrolled with Medicaid, Medicare, or OHP, so we can’t bill those plans. Bring it up in your free consult and we’ll be straightforward with you about your options — including referring you to an OHP-covered provider if that’s the better fit.
“I have commercial insurance and OHP. What then?”
Tell us and ask us anything. We can explain what billing your commercial plan would involve and what it would cost you. What we won’t do is tell you which coverage you should use, or ask you to give up OHP.
__________
If cost is what is standing in the way, say so in your consult. We would rather help you find care you can actually afford than have you quietly give up on the idea.
03
If We’re Not in Your Network
__________
Don’t see your insurance plan listed? Many insurances provide out-of-network benefits. We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates are dependent on your insurance plan and coverage, and any such questions must be directed to your insurance directly.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
__________
Consistency is part of what makes therapy work, so your appointment time is held for you every week. Life still happens, and plans shift — that is genuinely okay. Here is exactly how rescheduling works, so none of it has to be a surprise.
THE TERMS
48 hours notice
Tell us at least 48 hours ahead whenever you can. When our schedules allow, we may be able to move you to another time that same week rather than lose the session altogether.
$150 Late Cancellation Fee
Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged $150 to the card on file, on the day of the missed appointment. Arriving 15 minutes or more late counts as a cancellation.
1 Per Year Courtesy
The first time a late cancellation happens, we waive the fee. That courtesy resets each calendar year, so a hard week does not become a penalty.
__________
Insurance plans do not reimburse late cancellations or missed appointments. We stop holding a standing weekly time after three consecutive missed appointments, a pattern of missed appointments, or two missed intakes — a first missed intake is rescheduled once as a courtesy.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate
__________
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Under the federal No Surprises Act, providers must give people who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the bill for services.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Who This Is For
Anyone who is uninsured, and anyone who has insurance but is choosing not to use it for therapy.
Before You Schedule
You have the right to a written estimate of your total expected cost at least 1 business day before your service — and you can ask for one before you schedule.
If Your Bill Is Higher
If your final bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute it. Save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate.
