I don't believe supervision should feel like an audit of your competence — so let's skip that part.

My approach is developmental, relational, and unapologetically process-oriented, shaped by my own supervisors during doctoral training (the good ones, and the cautionary tales — both taught me plenty). I aim to build a space where vulnerability, curiosity, and the occasional professional identity crisis are all welcome, because that's usually where the real growth lives.

Clinically, I work from a somatic, IFS-, and gestalt-informed lens — held, as always, with an honest eye toward IFS's individualist and Western roots, so we're not quietly reinforcing the systems we're trying to work against. Supervision, at its worst, replicates the same hierarchies our field claims to be dismantling: supervisor-as-expert, supervisee-as-problem-to-solve. I'd rather build something more mutual — rooted in decolonial and liberation practice, where your relationships, context, and lived experience count as clinical intelligence, not liabilities to work around. Anti-racism and anti-oppression aren't garnish here; they're the floor we stand on.

In our actual sessions, expect case consultation, video review, role-play, and experiential work — the full toolkit, used as it's actually needed rather than on a script. You bring the cases, questions, and half-formed thoughts; I bring transparency, accountability, and a real investment in your growth as a clinician and a person, in whatever order those show up.

  • Trauma therapy specialist and experience working with trans/nonbinary clients

  • Committed to supporting BIPOC, queer, and trans/nonbinary counselor associates pursuing licensure

Code of Ethics Commitment

I will abide by the CCE Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) Code of Ethics, American Counseling Association (ACA) Ethical Guidelines, Licensing Board Rules, Oregon Revised Statutes, Oregon Administrative Rules, Revised Code of Washington, and Washington Administrative Code related to the practice of counseling.

Supervision Details & Expectations

  • Focused on individual and group therapy supervision for adult populations (18+)

  • Flexible supervision available both in-person (Camas, WA) and virtually (Zoom)

  • Minimum commitment: 3 one-hour sessions per month; weekly sessions preferred
