Kink & Poly

Affirming therapy

You deserve space to talk honestly about your life without having to make it sound more conventional first.

Room for your relationships.
Room for you.

__________

______

Space for your relationships

Exploring kink, polyamory, or another form of consensual non-monogamy? You’re welcome here.

______

More than one part of your life

These parts of your life don’t have to become the whole story in therapy. We also will not undervalue their importance.

______

Begin with what matters to you

Our work can start with what you’re feeling, what matters to you, and where you want something to be different.

RELATIONSHIPS ON YOUR TERMS

Your relationship structure isn’t a diagnosis

Three people sitting on a beige couch in a cozy living room, smiling and talking, with a large window, houseplants, and a bookshelf in the background.

Space to explore, without a prescribed answer.

Your relationship context

Polyamory or consensual non-monogamy may be part of your life, a possibility, or a place you feel stuck.

Needs, agreements, and transitions

Explore jealousy, changing agreements, differing needs, relationship transitions, or others’ expectations.

No prescribed answers

Therapy makes room for your questions, without making monogamy—or non-monogamy—the expected answer.

HOW WE WORK HERE

Kink doesn’t have to be the problem
or the focus

As space for curiosity, not for you to be put under a microscope.

____________________________________________

Room to explore

Explore identity, communication, boundaries, or parts of yourself that haven’t always felt welcome.

It doesn’t have to be the focus

Come for burnout, anxiety, grief, or something else—without kink becoming the explanation for everything.

Curiosity, consent, and agency

When it matters, explore kink with curiosity and attention to consent, agency, and well-being.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few questions about working together

Affirming care, honest conversations, and space for your experience.

Can affirming therapy still make room for hard questions?

Yes. There’s room to respect your identity and relationship choices while looking honestly at what is and isn’t working.

What if something in a relationship is hurting?

Consent, power, boundaries, and emotional safety still matter. We can explore difficult experiences without assuming your identity or relationship structure is the cause and without dismissing something that hurts.

Is this individual therapy or relationship therapy?

This is a space for individual therapy, not couples or multi-partner sessions. We can work with how relationships affect you while keeping the focus on your needs, choices, and sense of self.
